GENERAL OBJECTIVE

Improving accessibility and employability in the labor market of 360 students and high school students from Romania and Ukraine, by developing the knowledge and skills necessary for a modern labor market, flexible and dynamic through inter-institutional collaboration in education across borders

The overall objective of the project contributes significantly to the achievement of “RI 1.1.1.1 Percent of tertiary education students in the eligible area out of total no. of students “in the fact that it aims at developing the knowledge and skills needed for a number of 210 pupils and students from tertiary education (58.33% of the total target group) to ensure access to the labor market by providing access to innovative training courses implicitly increasing the number of students by developing study opportunities. The proposed training courses represent a real chance to acquire and develop, through direct learning, professional aptitude skills that offer the possibility of obtaining a permanent job in the chosen field after the completion of the studies. In addition of the direct learning advantages, theoretical and practical training, CBC-FeRoUa facilitates the project through which young people have the opportunity to discover and manage their innovative potential by applying the theoretical knowledge gained in the activities of the practice firms in concrete situations, which will help to increase their adaptability to the requirements of the first relevant workplace. Practice firm is an interactive learning method for the development of entrepreneurship, a modern concept of interdisciplinary integration and application of knowledge, a teaching-learning approach that provides conditions for the practical exploration and deepening of the skills acquired by pupils / students in the professional training. The general objective is “RI 1.1.1.2 Employment rate in the eligible area” through activities to improve the accessibility and employability of 360 pupils and students from Romania and Ukraine and through inter-institutional collaboration in the field of cross-border education. The project addresses the theory of inoculation of entrepreneurial spirit and practically the spirit of the gymnasium education, the target group approached by the project consisting of high school students, postliceal school students, and students. Exercise training through CBC-FeRoUa platforms is already an integral part of the learning process, thus laying the foundations for developing the knowledge and skills needed to integrate into a modern, flexible, and dynamic labor market. In order for the target group to benefit from a comprehensive and complete training for insertion into the labor market, in the context of the current requirements of potential employers, the members of this target group will participate not only in training programs but also in counseling and professional guidance activities,online, through the e-CPO platform. Through professional counseling and guidance, future graduates will be able to become aware of their own resources, qualities, abilities and skills, and will be able to get acquainted with the demands of the labor markets.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE 1

Facilitating the access of 360 high school students and students from Tulcea County and the Odessa region to 24 professional training courses on the labor market and specialized counseling and professional guidance services to improve the insertion process by involving them in innovative activities of complementary and virtually entrepreneurial education within 35 practice firms.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE 2

Prevention of socio-professional marginalization and increase the transition from school to active life for 100 high school students and students from Tulcea county and the Odessa region through cross-border educational actions aimed at organizing 2 Cross-border Fairs of Practice Firms, 2 Experience Exchanges  in the field of entrepreneurship and the operationalization of 2 CBC-FeRoUa bilateral online platforms for simulation of economic and e-CPO operations for counseling and professional guidance.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE 3

Increasing the quality and diversity of educational programs in Tulcea county and the Odessa region by strengthening and promoting a bilateral partnership network of 10 educational units, endowing 3 laboratories and 3 workshops  and the specialization of 40 teachers through 2 innovative courses and 4 transboundary methodical meetings.
